My personal explorations and joyful experimenting with Colours: Oil pastels, Acrylic paints, brushes, palette knives, canvases, paper, and myriad forms of Fluid Art via assorted Pouring techniques, have completely unleashed the Spontaneity of the Inner Child.

This Activity has astonishingly complemented my use of Art as Therapy and indeed a powerful diagnostic tool in the Counselling and Energy Psychology realms that I practice.

Here I share some of my work that has generated such a sense of freedom and joy while they were in the making. And I hope that they generate the same for you and actually get you expressing yourself whatever the preferred medium.
